    Using PolyFlex TPU95 Blue

PolyFlex is a highly flexible material that is easy to print with all the open 3D printers on the market. Designed by Polymaker, it is unique in that it can be used to print highly flexible and resistant objects.

    PolyFlex TPU95 Blue: key strengths

High tensile strength: This flexible filament from Polymaker has a Shore hardness of 95A, enabling it to absorb high stresses and very high tensile strength. It can be used to print soft, flexible objects. Because the layers adhere better, prints are more resistant than with standard flexible 3D thread.

Easy to use : Polyflex from Polymaker is open to all 3D printers and is very easy to extrude. Printing is continuous and does not require a heated platen (although this is recommended for better platen adhesion).

Wide choice of applications: Polymaker 's Polyflex TPU95 opens up a wide range of possibilities for what can be printed: seals, belts, fashion items, prostheses...

Our recommendations for use with PolyFlex TPU95 Blue

The PolyFlex TPU95 Blue is compatible with all open 3D machines on the market, whether in 1.75 or 1.75 mm 2.85mm.

We recommend that you set your printer to an extrusion temperature of between 210 and 230°C to print the PolyFlex Blue in optimum conditions. A print speed of between 20 and 40mm/s and the use of a heating plate between 25 and 60°C are also recommended.

    Customer questions about PolyFlex TPU-95A Blue - 1.75mm - 750 g
