Using PolyFlex TPU90 Polymaker Teal

PolyFlex TPU90 Polymaker Teal is a 3D filament designed by Polymaker. This elastomer with a Shore 90 hardness ensures high resistance to breakage and UV rays, making it durable over time.

TPU90 is an easy-to-print filament that is suitable for a range of applications requiring soft, flexible parts.

Flexibility: PolyFlex TPU90 Polymaker Teal is a filament with shore 90 elasticity and high flexibility.

Tensilestrength: this flexible material has excellent tensile strength thanks to its high elasticity.

Easy-to-print elastomer: Polymaker TPU90 Polymaker Teal is a 3D filament that is easy to extrude and compatible with all printers on the market that accept 1.75 and 2.85 mm filament diameters. It is also faster to print than standard TPU95.

Our recommendations for use with PolyFlex TPU90 Polymaker Teal

The PolyFlex TPU90 Polymaker Teal is compatible with all open 3D machines on the market in both 1.75 and 2.85mm.

We recommend that you set your printer to an extrusion temperature of between 210 and 230°C in order to print the PolyFlex Polymaker Teal in optimum conditions. A print speed of between 30 and 60mm/s and the use of a heating plate between 25 and 60°C are also recommended.
