TPU95 HF: key strengths

Flexibility and elasticity: TPU95A HF is a flexible filament with good elasticity properties. With an elongation rate of over 400%, this material is ideal for all your applications requiring damping, flexibility and elasticity. Also impact-resistant, its shore hardness of 95A can vary according to your prints, their density and fineness.


Wear resistance: this flexible material is resistant to tearing, impact and rubbing. Suitable for professional environments, it performs well even at high temperatures.


Simple printing: using flexible filaments generally requires more attention and less speed when printing. This is not the case with TPU95 HF, which maintains a standard print speed. It is also well suited to Bowden or Direct-drive type printers.


Our recommendations for use with TPU95 HF

TPU filaments are very sensitive to moisture and absorb it quickly. We recommend that you dry your filament before use.

The flexibility and low hardness of the filament sometimes also means that the pressure applied by the extruder needs to be adapted. More difficult to drive and guide, you need to make sure you have a very clean nozzle so as not to add stress to the extrusion process.

TPU95 HF adheres effectively to all types of platens and is available in diameters of 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm. We recommend a temperature of 220°C only for the fastest prints, otherwise staying below 210°C will give you the best results.
