    Using Pearl White PolySupport

    PolySupport™ 3D filament from Polymaker is a material that is used to complement the main build material. This filament has the advantage of easy removal of supports by hand and requires no chemicals or water compared to PVA and/or BVOH.

    PolySupport can be used on single or double extrusion printers, either as a support material to complement the main filament (double extrusion), or as an object and support material. In both cases, the support structure is easily removed after printing.

    Excellent alternative to soluble support: PolySupport™ is a simple filament to print and store. The material is resistant to moisture and heat and requires no dangerous chemicals (solvents) to dissolve it.

    Non-toxic: to print parts with complex geometry, the use of soluble material was previously recommended.

    Our recommendations for using PolySupport

    The PolySupport filament from Polymaker can be printed over an extrusion temperature range of between 220 and 230°C and a platen temperature of between 25 and 60°C at a speed of 20 to 40mm/s. It is recommended to use a BuildTak support or glue or tape to promote adhesion to the platen.
