Creality UW 01: the all-in-one resin post-processing solution

Creality 's LCD resin printers can be used to produce and print parts of very high quality and with a very high level of detail. The Creality UW-01 all-in-one post-processing solution will enable you to obtain the maximum properties from your resins.

The touch-sensitive buttons allow you to change the mode(Cure or Wash) and set the duration and speed of your post-treatment solution. The duration and speed will enable you to fine-tune your parameters according to the size and volume of the objects you wish to post-treat.

The system has an integrated safety feature that automatically switches off the UV lamps if the lid is opened. The cover also filters the UV rays so that the outside environment does not affect the post-treatment process.

Clean your parts with the Creality UW-01

The Creality UW-01 allows you to clean your parts as they come off the press. They are often covered in a thin layer of liquid resin that will remain sticky and should be cleaned. The integrated WASH solution allows you to soak your parts in IPA alcohol , Resin Cleaner or water.

Water is used with Water Washable resins. We recommend using Resin Cleaner because it is much less harmful to health and can be used for longer than traditional IPA.

The Creality UW 01 is also compatible with the trays of the LD-002R and LD-002H printers, allowing owners of these resin printers to insert their tray directly into the Wash without having to remove the part from it before the end of the cleaning process.

Once you've finished cleaning the part, you can remove the UW-01's cleaning tray from Creality, place the lid on it and store it until you need it again. Your UW-01 can then be used to cure your part.

Tip: To preserve your alcohol, cleaner or water for longer. You can leave the resin residues to polymerise inside the tray (in the Cure or in natural light) until the resin hardens and becomes liquid. This will allow you to remove any impurities and reuse a relatively clean cleaning solution.

Polymerising your resin objects with the UW 01 de Creality

Once you've finished cleaning your part, it's important to cure it under UV light to give it all its properties. What's more, this curing stage will also stabilise the part.

UV curing is achieved using the many UV lamps in the UW-01 from Creality, with wavelengths from 385nm to 405nm. These will ensure stable, continuous and rapid curing of your objects.

The system is equipped with a rotating plate on which you place your object. As it rotates, it will homogenise the polymerisation of your object.

Compatible with printers

This integrated Wash and Cure solution will enable you to use volumes commonly found in office resin printers. A UW-02 version will allow you to take advantage of a larger post-processing area.

The volume specifications for the Wash are 170 x 120 x 160mm and for the Cure you can place parts up to Ø165 x 200mm.

This solution is compatible with the LD-002(R/H) series, the Halot One CL-60 and the Elegoo Mars 2 Pro.
