Ultracur3D® Cleaner 1kg BASF

BASF Ultracur3D Cleaner is one of a range of complementary products used to clean parts printed by 3D resin printers. A fast, effective solution for removing unpolymerised photopolymer resin from printed parts. Compatible with a wide range of resins, including most of the Ultracur3D range.

Cleaning procedure

1. Immerse the part in a shaking bath (preferred when using an automatic post-treatment station ) filled with Ultracur3D® Cleaner for a maximum of 10 minutes. The typical recommended cleaning time is 5 to 8 minutes. Some parts require cleaning for less than 5 minutes.

2. Rinse for a further 1 to 3 minutes.

3. Then blow dry with compressed air or the parts can be dried at room temperature. For faster drying, heat the part for about 10 minutes at 60°C.

Instructions for use

Ultracur3D® Cleaner is non-hazardous, non-flammable at room temperature and can be heated up to 50°C to increase cleaning efficiency. This cleaner is suitable for washing industrial parts and cleaning equipment.

Ultracur3D® Cleaner can normally be used until it contains approximately 10-20% resin, or until cleaning performance is significantly reduced. It should then be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Prolonged soaking of parts in Ultracur3D® Cleaner may affect the final properties of the part.
