Elegoo Mercury XS Wash and Cure

The Elegoo Mercury XS post-cure station offers 360-degree exposure using two L-shaped light bars (each containing 14 UV LEDs) and an additional 4 UV LEDs located under the turntable.

It uses a turntable that automatically rotates 360 degrees and ahand-held UV lamp to cure hard-to-reach areas and the inside of 3D models, ensuring complete curing with no untreated areas.

It has a dual wash and cure function, comprising a wash station and a post-cure station. This cleans residual uncured resin from printed 3D models, optimising print quality and simplifying the post-cure process.

The high-capacity 7,000 ml tank enables large models printed with the Elegoo Saturn and Mars 3 printers to be washed directly, or several parts to be cleaned at once, saving time and improving productivity.

The machine is easy to operate with a single button: press and hold to switch the machine on, then turn the knob to set the appropriate wash or cure time.

UV protection protects your eyes by blocking 99.9% of ultraviolet rays during post-cure.

Finally, it is directly compatible with the Elegoo Saturn and Mars 3 3D printers, as well as most similar-sized LCD/DLP/SLA resin 3D printers on the market, making post-processing your resin 3D prints simple, professional and efficient.
