Ultracur3D® Cleaner 1kg BASF

The BASF Ultracur3D Cleaner is part of the complementary products used for cleaning parts printed with resin 3D printers. It offers a fast and effective solution to remove uncured photopolymer resin from printed parts. Compatible with a wide range of resins, including most resins from the Ultracur3D range.

Cleaning Procedure

1. Immerse the part in an agitated bath (preferably using an automatic post-processing station) filled with Ultracur3D® Cleaner for a maximum of 10 minutes. The typical recommended cleaning time is 5 to 8 minutes. Some parts may require less than 5 minutes.

2. Rinse for an additional 1 to 3 minutes.

3. Then dry using compressed air or allow the parts to air dry at room temperature. For faster drying, heat the part for about 10 minutes at 60 °C.

Usage Tips

The Ultracur3D® Cleaner is non-hazardous, non-flammable at room temperature, and can be heated up to 50 °C to increase cleaning efficiency. It is suitable for washing industrial parts and cleaning equipment.

Ultracur3D® Cleaner can generally be used until it contains about 10-20% resin, or until cleaning performance is noticeably reduced. After that, it must be disposed of according to local regulations.

Prolonged soaking of parts in Ultracur3D® Cleaner may affect the final properties of the part.
