The Polysher - Smoothing tool Polymaker

The Polysher is a machine that gives a shiny and polished/smooth appearance to your 3D parts printed with PolySmooth filament from Polymaker. The Polysher polishing tool is very intuitive and easy to use. Simply place the printed part in the Polysher, set the polishing time and it will start up. No intervention is required during post-treatment.

It is important to note that Polysher is only compatible with PolymakerPolySmooth filament. Prints in PLA, ABS or other materials are not compatible and cannot be post-processed with Polysher.

The Polymaker polishing tool is designed to work with 70% alcohol or higher (90% recommended) such as isopropanol or ethanol. Once polishing is complete, the workpiece should be left to dry in the Polysher for at least 30 minutes before handling. A second tray is supplied with Polysher for post-treatment.

Smooth, shiny 3D prints with the Polysher

Post-processing: Polysher can be used to make 3D prints smooth by eliminating visible layers to obtain a glossy part.

Part volume: Polysher from Polymaker can accommodate parts up to 150 mm in diameter and 180 mm high.

Safety: Polysher stops automatically if the cover is opened during polishing.

Simplicity: No intervention is required when polishing workpieces.

Our recommendations for use with the Polysher

Liquid used: Isopropanol or ethanol at 70% or more (90% recommended)

Treatment time: Between 10 and 30 minutes (depending on the size of the part)

Operating temperature: Between 15 and 32°C

Storage temperature: Between 0 and 38°C

Power requirements: 100 - 240 V, 2A max, 50/60 Hz
