The FreeScan UE Pro Laser 3D scanner inherits the high accuracy, metrology quality and lightweight design of the FreeScan UE, while improving the overall accuracy of large-scale part scanning. It adopts 26 + 5 + 1 blue laser lines and incorporates a photogrammetric module. Taking into account speed, accuracy and detail, this professional 3D metrology solution can be applied to scanning scenarios of different sizes and perform metrology-quality precision inspection and reverse engineering.

High metrology-quality accuracy

With accuracy down to 0.02 mm, the Freescan UE Pro offers consistent scanning results. The photogrammetry function is built into the scanner, so there's no need to apply coded targets. It quickly locks the spatial position of the target frame.

Several scanning modes

The 3D scanner contains 13 crossed laser lines to quickly scan large objects, 5 parallel laser lines to scan fine details and a single laser line for deep holes and pocket area scanning.

Integrated photogrammetry

The FreeScan UE Pro includes a built-in photogrammetry mode capable of achieving impressive volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02 + 0.015 mm/m. Using plamarkers and a single magnetic scale bar, the FreeScan UE Pro quickly captures and locks the spatial position of the target frame.

3D metrology scanner using blue lasers

The FreeScan UE uses light source scanning technology (blue lasers) to project lines onto the surfaces to be scanned. The resulting data is then processed by the FreeScan UE Pro software to virtually recreate the scanned surfaces with very high accuracy (up to 0.02mm for simple accuracy, and 0.02mm 0.04mm/m for volumetric accuracy).

Thanks to its wide scanning range (600 mm × 550 mm) and redesigned user interface, 3D scanning has never been so intuitive. The FreeScan UE delivers consistently accurate results, even on complex, dark or reflective parts.
