The FreeScan UE Pro2 is a wireless 3D metrology scanner designed to scan medium and large objects and parts efficiently.

With a scanning speed of up to 3,460,000 points/s, tasks are completed smoothly, improving productivity in inspection applications.
High accuracy for large-scale scanning
Unlike traditional photogrammetry methods, SHINING 3D's binocular photogrammetry technology eliminates the use of coded targets, reducing set-up time by at least half while maintaining the same high level of volumetric accuracy.
Certified and guaranteed results
With a volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02 mm + 0.015 mm/m thanks to photogrammetry, the FreeScan UE Pro2 offers overall accuracy and consistent, reliable scanning results.

3D metrology scanner using blue lasers
The FreeScan UE uses light source scanning technology (blue lasers) to project lines onto the surfaces to be scanned. The resulting data is then processed by the FreeScan UE Pro software to virtually recreate the scanned surfaces with very high accuracy (up to 0.02mm for simple accuracy, and 0.02mm 0.015mm/m for volumetric accuracy).
Thanks to its wide scanning range (600 mm × 550 mm) and redesigned user interface, 3D scanning has never been so intuitive. The FreeScan UE Pro2 delivers accurate and consistent results, even on complex, dark or reflective parts.
