Shining 3D Freescan Combo

It can be used for precision metrology inspection, reverse engineering, additive manufacturing and other applications in a wide range of manufacturing sectors, including automotive, aerospace, rail, heavy industry, mould making, foundries and medical equipment.

It is equipped with four working modes:

• Multiple Lines Scan: 26 laser lines for a global scan,
• Single Line Scan: 7 parallel blue laser lines for fine detail scanning,
• Fine Scan: 1 single blue laser line for data on deep holes,
• Infrared: for fast, marker-free scanning.

Ergonomic design

The FreeScan Combo is 193x63x53mm in size and weighs just 620g. It features two high-performance light sources: a blue laser and an infrared VCSEL. Metal casing in keeping with modern industrial aesthetics.

High scanning accuracy

Metrological quality accuracy*, accuracy in multiple line scan mode can reach up to 0.02mm with a volumetric accuracy of only 0.0033mm/m.

4 scanning modes

Smooth, efficient all-round scanning. Unaffected by black or reflective surfaces. Thesingle laser line lens angle is optimised for better deep hole data acquisition. Parts with many features do not require marking. The infrared light source can be used directly for fast scanning.
