Using PLA CosPLA™

CosPLA consists of two specially developed formulas that offer the perfect solution for cosplay 3D printing.

Version A hasexcellent sanding characteristics, allowing quick post-processing of helmets and detailed parts.

Version B is a tougher PLA, better suited to swords, hammers and armour likely to be subject to impact, or for cosplays requiring greater strength.

Easy to post-process : This formulation is exceptionally suitable for sanding and painting.

Matt appearance: This distinctive filament, offering a matt surface finish, is ideal for printing helmets and detailed body parts.

Our recommendations for use with CosPLA version A

Print temperature: 190˚C - 220˚C

Platen temperature: 30˚C - 60˚C

Print speed: 30mm/s - 70mm/s
