Use of PolyMax PC -FR White
PolyMax PC -FR White is a flame-retardant material that complies with the UL94 V0 standard. This filament is used in the automotive, rail and aerospace industries where exposure to heat is frequent.
With this high-performance polycarbonate material, your 3D parts are highly resistant to high temperatures and have high toughness.

Our recommendations for use with PolyMax PC -FR White
We recommend an extrusion temperature of between 250 and 270°C for printing on PolyMax PC -FR White. A print speed of between 30 and 50 mm/s and a platen temperature of between 90 and 105°C are also recommended.
The use of a closed printing chamber is recommended. With an average temperature of 90 to 100°C inside the chamber, you will increase the reliability of your prints.
After printing, it is recommended that you bake your object to release tension and strengthen it.
