Use of PolyMax PLA Rose 1.75mm
The PLA PolyMax 3D filament from Polymaker has impressive mechanical properties for a PLA. Being very easy to print and up to 9 times stronger than standard PLA, this filament opens up PLA to more functional applications.
What's more, it is an excellent alternative toABS because its strength is 20% higher than that of standard filament, making it a highly sought-after material. This PLA Rose is the ideal alternative, as it limits the odours that a ABS gives off.
Featuring Jam-Free™ technology, which improves thermal stability and enables the material to melt quickly on contact with the print head's heating zone, PolyMax PLA reduces the risk of nozzle clogging. Thus it helps to eliminate the risk of failures and provides an excellent experience.
Using the latest technologies such as the one mentioned above and also nano-reinforcement which greatly improves the strength of this filament, this PLA Rose thread is a premium and first choice material.

Our recommendations for use with the PolyMax
The PolyMax PLA Rose is compatible with all open 3D machines on the market, both 1.75 and 2.85mm.
We advise you to set your printer to an extrusion temperature of between 190 and 230°C to print this resistant PLA under optimum conditions.
A print speed of between 40 and 60mm/s and the use of a heating plate between 25 and 60°C are also recommended. A Ziflex-type buildtak is also recommended to ensure good adhesion of the first layer.
We recommend that PolyMax be stored in a box that limits exposure to humidity, such as a PolyBox containing desiccants.
