EcoPLA+ White filament Forshape

The ecoPLA+ White Forshape filament represents an evolution in relation to conventional PLA filaments, offering more than 11 times greater resistance than the standard PLA.

This optimised variant is specifically formulated to meet the needs of printing projects requiring high resistance.

This filament complies with RoHS standards, which guarantee the restriction of certain substances considered hazardous in its composition. This compliance protects your health by ensuring that the filament complies with the applicable safety standards.

The difference between ecoPLA+ and ecoPLA Forshape

EcoPLA+ offers comparable printability to PLA, however, it requires a higher extrusion temperature, with a minimum recommendation of 215°C, compared to the general temperature of 190°C for standard PLA.

There is no variation in platen temperature, and it is possible to print without a heated platen.

In addition, ecoPLA+ Forshape is more resistant than PLA (11x). There is no need to use an enclosure or reduce ventilation.

Our recommendations for use with ecoPLA+ Forshape

EcoPLA+ White Forshape is a filament compatible with all open 3D printers equipped with 1.75mm. extrusion. It will adhere to any type of platen, heated or not.

We recommend that you set your printer to an extrusion temperature of between 215 and 235°C in order to print the reinforced PLA Forshape White under optimum conditions.

A print speed of between 50 and 100mm/s and the use of a platen with a heating option of up to 60°C are also recommended.
