The Nanovia PETG GF filament is a PETg-based, glass-fibre reinforced filament. It is perfect for manufacturing parts for mechanical and functional use. Printable on most 3D printers FDM, it can be used both indoors and outdoors.

With its combination of glass fibre, anti-UV additives and PETG, and its intrinsic resistance to water and temperatures of up to 80°C, Nanovia PETG GF UV is the ideal filament for parts exposed to the elements.

Nanovia PETG-GF high quality filament

This 3D filament Nanovia PETG GF is an alloy of PETG and glass fibres developed exclusively by the French manufacturer Nanovia. This technical material is ideal for printing highly resistant, high-performance technical parts.

This PETG-GF from Nanovia will provide you with a strong, rigid filament that is less brittle than the CF version. Nanovia PETG GF UV does not require a 3D printer equipped with a closed/heated enclosure, unlikeASA, which is traditionally used for components for outdoor use.

It is ideal for designing technical parts requiring very high mechanical resistance. The Nanovia PETG-GF thread can also be easily post-processed.

Dimensional control: This PETG-GF wire from Nanovia can be used to produce functional parts with very high dimensional accuracy.

Manufacture of structural parts: The high proportion of glass fibres in this filament makes it highly resistant. This PETG-GF 3D filament from Nanovia will not break and is ideal for functional or structural parts.

Ease of printing: This PETG-GF 3D filament from Nanovia prints like a conventional PETG and will suffer less from warping and delamination thanks to its fibre content.

Please note, however, that this charged filament will quickly damage brass nozzles (~5h), so we recommend that you use reinforced steel nozzles
The use of nozzles with a diameter of at least 0.5mm is also recommended to avoid nozzle clogging caused by these glass fibres.
