Filament Polymide PA612 -CF

Polymaker 's PolyMide PA612-CF nylon filament features a carbon-fibre reinforced polyamide composition, specially designed for high quality 3D printing.

With less moisture sensitivity than PA6/66 and PA6, this filament offers superior mechanical performance to PA12 alternatives.

Extended versatility: The 1.75mm PolyMide PA612-CF nylon filament has exceptional mechanical and thermal properties, as well as outstanding dimensional stability. It has considerable potential for industrial, engineering, automotive and end-use applications. What's more, its wide printing temperature range makes it compatible with consumer printers.

Tangle-free, resealable packaging: PA612 -CF 1.75mm nylon filament is carefully wound to prevent tangling. It is dried and vacuum-sealed in a resealable bag fitted with a zip and a desiccant. After use, please pass the filament through the hole provided to prevent tangling.

Eco-friendly cardboard spool: Supplied in the improved packaging of version 3.0, with a fully recycled cardboard spool and box.

The right ratio of low moisture to mechanical strength: With reduced sensitivity to moisture compared to PA6/66 and PA6, this filament offers superior mechanical performance to the PA12 options available.

Our recommendations for use with PA612-CF

Recommended print parameters:

- Nozzle temperature: 250-300 ℃
- Bed temperature: 25-50 ℃ (do not exceed 50 ℃)
- Print speed: 30 mm/s - 60 mm/s

Bed surface: virtually any surface with a thin layer of PVA or Magigoo PA.

Note: For optimum durability, it is important touse an abrasion-resistant nozzle, as this nylon filament contains carbon fibres.

We recommend using a metal-coated brass nozzle when printing PolyMide PA612-CF on desktop 3D printers.
