EcoPLA Matte Black filament Forshape

The PLA matte Black filament Forshape, a non-glossy colour, has been specifically developed to obtain a textured finish and reduce the visibility of the layers.

Made from polylactic acid (PLA), derived from corn starch, this 3D filament is biodegradable and easy to print. It does not require the use of a heating plate and can be used with most FDM 3D printers compatible with generic filaments.

This is why many 3D printer users, whether hobbyists or professionals, choose to use PLA. This filament is ideal for making parts for decorative, aesthetic, utensil and model-making purposes, as well as for prototyping and shape validation.

Our recommendations for use with PLA Mat Black Forshape

Forshape ecoPLA Black is a filament compatible with all black 3D printers equipped with an extrusion in 1.75mm.. It will adhere to any type of platen, heated or not.

We recommend that you set your printer to an extrusion temperature of between 205 and 215°C to print PLA Forshape Black in optimum conditions. A print speed of between 50 and 100mm/s and the use of a platen with a heating option of up to 65°C are also recommended
