Please note that parcels are dispatched from France: In addition to weekends, the company (customer service and logistics centre) is closed on French public holidays and no parcels are sent.

Special conditions
The shipping costs include the costs for preparation and packaging as well as the postage costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and shipping costs will apply to each order. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but fragile items will be handled with extra care.
If, for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to dispatch the products ordered because a supplier fails to meet its contractual obligations, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will then inform you immediately.
