The PA6-CF from Bambu Lab is designed for applications requiring high mechanical strength, lightness, and dimensional stability.

Thanks to its carbon fiber reinforcement, it is ideal for manufacturing functional parts subject to mechanical stress, such as industrial components, automotive parts, drones, and sports equipment.

Its abrasive composition prevents compatibility with the Bambu Lab AMS system.

High mechanical strength: The carbon fiber reinforcement gives the filament increased resistance to mechanical stress, making printed parts strong and durable.

Heat resistance: PA6-CF has a heat deflection temperature of 186°C.

Our recommendations for PA6-CF Black 1kg Bambu Lab

For optimal use of PA6-CF from Bambu Lab, set the extrusion temperature between 260 and 290°C and the bed temperature between 80 and 100°C. A wear-resistant nozzle, such as a hardened steel nozzle, is recommended due to the filament’s abrasiveness.
