Protect your sensitive electronic equipment with this PETG filament based on ceramic charges. Nanovia PETG -ESD White (Gray) evacuates static electricity and prevents it from building up. It makes it easy to print parts that are resistant up to 80°C and will not blacken the substrate when rubbed, unlike carbon-based products ESD.

Nanovia PETG ESD is a 3D filament with anti-static properties. These properties are obtained by integrating conductive ceramic charges that help to evacuate the build-up of static electricity generated by electronic components and friction.
In the event of a build-up of static charge, a discharge powerful enough to damage electronic components can occur. Unlike carbon-based ESD composites, Nanovia PETG ESD leaves no trace and can be used in clean rooms.
The ease with which Nanovia PETG ESD can be printed makes it compatible with most 3D printers on the market, and does not require a heated enclosure. Its resistance to temperatures of up to 80°C means it can be used to integrate components in warm environments, such as motherboards.
Ideal for: printed circuits, cases, fasteners, storage, etc ESD
Protection from electrostatic discharge: PETG ESD filament is renowned for its volume resistivity properties, which are ideal for sensitive environments.
Good temperature resistance: With a glass transition temperature of 80°C, this PETG ESD filament is suitable for demanding environments.
This base material PETG requires the same care as a traditional PETG. We recommend using a suitable adhesive, a 90°C plateau temperature and a steel nozzle to get the full performance from this PETG.
