The strengths of the xTool F1 Ultra
Fibre and diode laser, no more material limits
The world's first dual 20W diode and fibre laser. Not only does it extend the range of materials that can be engraved, but the high 20 W power of the F1 ultra lets you create deep engravings, embossings and cut-outs.
20W fibre laser
Produces the best engraving on any metal, plastic, rock or ceramic. What's more, the 20W fibre laser is powerful enough for deep engraving, embossing and even cutting thin sheets of metal.
20W diode laser
Produces the best engraving on most common materials, such as wood, acrylic (excluding translucent colours), leather, glass, paper, rubber, fabric and so on. It can also cut most of the above materials.
Fully automatic streamline with camera, no more complex procedures
The camera inside the F1 Ultra automatically recognises the shapes on the streamline and helps the F1 Ultra to intelligently fill in the patterns on each piece. What's more, all it takes is one cable to connect it to the conveyor.
220 x 500 mm work area
The largest in its class, with or without conveyor. The F1 Ultra enlarges the working area without sacrificing the concentration of laser power at the laser point.
No more long waits
With exceptional speed combined with high power of 20 W, the F1 Ultra can now use the fast speed of fibre on common materials such as wood, acrylic, leather and cork, which give the best results with a diode laser source.
Working with invisible laser light, no more safety issues
The F1 Ultra is fully enclosed to prevent accidental injury caused by the invisible laser light from the fibre. The housing filters out intense blue light, while efficient smoke extraction quickly removes smoke and dust during engraving, ensuring a safe environment for use in display cases.
