After optimising the manufacturing process with this Textured PEI sheet from Bambu Lab, the sheet's durability is enhanced.

In addition, the adhesion between the prints and the sheet is significantly improved, eliminating the need for adhesives. *In some situations, glue may be required for very specific filaments.

Self release on cooling

PEI is an excellent material for 3D printing applications because of its ability to withstand the repeated heating and cooling cycles of a printer's hot plate.

Prints release easilywhen the platen temperature reaches room temperature, and we always recommend waiting until it reaches 35°C or less.

If the part is still attached to the plate, simply bend the steel plate slightly and the model will come off easily in your hands.

Compatibility with various filaments

PEI can be used to print not only common materials such as PLA, TPU and PETG, but also materials requiring high temperatures such asABS and Nylon.
