Weather and UV resistance: ASA-CF is specially formulated to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, offering excellent resistance to weather and UV rays, making it ideal for outdoor applications.

Elegant matte finish: Parts printed with this filament have an attractive matte surface, with no visible layer lines, enhancing the aesthetics of functional items.

Dimensional stability: The addition of carbon fibers provides exceptional dimensional stability, reducing the risk of warping when printing large parts.

Our recommendations for the ASA-CF Black Bambu Lab

For optimal use of the ASA-CF Black Bambu Lab, it is recommended to set the extrusion temperature between 250 and 280°C and the bed temperature between 80 and 100°C. Maximum recommended speed: 250mm/s.

Using a closed chamber is advised to maintain a stable ambient temperature and prevent warping. Additionally, a hardened steel nozzle is required for printing this filament due to the abrasiveness of the carbon fibers. Compatible with AMS but not AMS Lite.

Finally, it is essential to dry the filament before use to avoid moisture absorption, ensuring the quality of the print.
