Forshape Blue Translucid resin is Premium quality but still economical. This 3D printing resin has been specially developed for use with DLP and LCD light sources. It offers excellent technical and aesthetic characteristics for an economical resin.
The quality and composition of the Blue Translucid Forshape resin give it a shore hardness of 88D, low shrinkage and low odour. It's 4K compatible, so you get accurate models with a high level of detail and a smooth finish.
High level of detail: Forshape photopolymer resin is specially designed to reduce volume shrinkage during the polymerisation process, ensuring high accuracy of the printed model with a smooth finish.
High strength: This standard resin has a Shore hardness of 88D, giving it interesting technical properties for a standard resin.
Low odour: The composition of this standard resin results in a light odour and limits irritating odours during printing.
For printers LCD with a monochrome screen, the base layer is 25 to 50 seconds and the exposure time for each layer is 2 to 4 seconds. Simply adjust the exposure times according to the layer height required, and leave the rest as is.
Place the printed part in the wash tank of your post-processing station and fill your tank with 99.9% Isopropanol (minimum 95% alcohol). Start cleaning the part for a few minutes. Rinse the part with water before drying it. Ensure it is 100% dry, as residual alcohol can cause white spots or cracks over time.
The curing time of the printed model is proportional to the size of the part and inversely proportional to the optical power of the curing device to the optical power of the curing chamber. The average exposure time is between 15 and 30 minutes. Don't forget to use fresh air to dry them after post-curing.
You can place your pieces in water during post-curing to limit the effect of deformation, particularly for figurines and jewellery.
Shake well before use. Wear a mask and gloves when handling. This product cannot be taken orally. Keep away from children. Do not get product in eyes. In the event of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of water as soon as possible. Otherwise, seek medical advice immediately.
We recommend storing the resin at a temperature between 15°C and 35°C. The lower the storage temperature, the higher the viscosity of the resin. The bottle must be sealed and airtight against dust and humidity, both of which can affect print quality. Keep the resin as far away from the sun as possible, as the sun contains a lot of ultraviolet light, which can harden the photosensitive resin.
