With a silent Klipper motherboard and a quad-core ARM 64-bit processor with a main frequency of 1.5 GHz, the ELEGOO Neptune 4 can reach a print speed of up to 500 mm/s (recommended 250 mm/s), allowing you to produce your models faster than ever before. It supports input adjustment and pressure advance functionality to improve model print quality. With 8GB of RAM, it can store over 400 templates for fast storage and printing.

300°C high-temperature nozzle

With a 300°C high-temperature nozzle and an extended hot end, this means that the filament can be fully melted and flow evenly even at high print speeds. This printer can process a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG,ABS, TPU and high temperature filaments such as nylon.

V-guide rails with wear-resistant POM wheels

The high-quality, wear-resistant POM wheels used for the V-guide rail ensure extremely quiet movements and high precision. In addition, the V-guide transmission mechanism is reinforced by an eccentric isolation support. This design ensures problem-free compensation for the reduction in pressure accuracy caused by long-term wheel wear.

Double gear direct extruder

The new double-geared direct extruder, developed in-house, with a reduction ratio of 5.2:1, ensures powerful extrusion and smoother filament feed. Combined with an all-metal copper-titanium throat tube and a unique air duct design, it effectively improves throat tube heat dissipation and reduces the risk of nozzle jamming.

Removable capacitive touch screen

The removable 4.3" capacitive touch screen can be operated by hand or mounted on the base, and features a pattern preview function and a print pause function for added convenience. The gantry's LED light strip with 30 beads and a shield, combined with an LED light on the nozzle, makes it possible to observe the pattern being printed in a dark environment.

Automatic levelling

Automatic bed levelling with 121 (11x11) points ensures fast, accurate levelling of the construction platform. For a perfect first layer print, you can also use the manual adjustment knobs on the underside of the build platform for auxiliary levelling. What's more, the magnetic PEI platform makes it easy to remove printed models by bending them slightly.

Efficient, instant cooling

The 2 thickened, double-sided cooling fans of model 4015 with high airflow provide more complete and efficient heat dissipation. In addition, the 4 4020 ball-bearing blower fans located at the rear of the print head quickly cool the freshly deposited model, guaranteeing good print quality even at very fast print speeds.

Integrated LED lighting

There's no denying that natural daylight is excellent. However, your magnificent 3D printed models deserve to be highlighted with specific lighting! That's why the Neptune 4 is equipped with LED lighting: one LED is located right next to the nozzle, and a light bar with 30 LEDs is installed above the printer structure. Both LED lights can be easily switched on and off via the touch screen.

Flexible PEI printing plate

The Neptune 4 features a magnetic PEI platen offering excellent adhesion and heat resistance, allowing the print to peel off easily after cooling. The 250 W heating bed heats up quickly to 100°C, enabling plastic materials to be printed at high temperatures.
