New ultra-direct extruder

With a new-generation direct-drive extruder, you can enjoy intricate detail after printing 5 times faster. The reduced distance between extruder and nozzle reduces errors and improves control for greater precision. A proven algorithm analyses and matches movement to extrusion. It has been refined by over 2,000 tests in the laboratory atAnkerMake.

Higher multi-stage gear ratio

The basis for high-speed printing begins with the high-performance gear system, with a reduction ratio of 9.37 that produces a torque of 0.8 N-m. The high torque exerts pressure on the melt chamber to make extrusion faster.

Integrated die-cast aluminium alloy

The integrated die-cast aluminium alloy structure and Z-axis design increase the weight of the base, reducing the machine's centre of gravity. This design makes printing more stable. It also reduces base installation errors, improving printer accuracy.

7x7 automatic levelling

Give your prints precision with 7x7 auto-levelling. Advanced algorithms calculate a virtual height map so that printing starts correctly. You only need to make adjustments by hand when replacing an important component such as the nozzle or PEI magnetic steel plate.

AI camera recognition system

The Slicer fromAnkerMake analyses the 3D data on the model before printing, then the AI recognition system uses the powerful XBurst processor to constantly check and compare throughout the process and detect, for example, subsequent errors.
