Dimafix Pen

The Dimafix Pen is used in conjunction with the heating plate. The minimum temperature is 65°C. The higher the temperature, the stronger the adhesion. The stick formulation gives total control over the application area, unlike aerosols.

Unlike some other adhesion devices, which can sometimes be insufficient when printing delicate materials such asABS, PET or nylon. The object can be easily removed when the temperature of the heating plate drops to a low temperature (less than 50°C).

Cleaning the plate is easy: a simple cloth soaked in water is all that's needed, or you can use a cleaning solution for the plate.

• Shake the adhesive stick for a few seconds before use.
• Apply a thin, even layer of Dimafix Pen to the cold tray.
• Leave to dry for a few seconds. The solution starts to work at 65°C.
• Print your 3D part.
• After printing, wait for the plate to cool (below 50°C the part can be removed easily).
• To clean the plate, use a damp cloth or a cleaning solution.
