Bonnet and door pack for Ultimaker 2+ Extended

The pack contains a protective cover fitted with a filtration system and a hinged door for installation on the front of the printer. This is an essential accessory forUltimaker 2+ users in the Extended version who use technical filaments or who simply want to increase the security of their 3D printer.

This pack has been specifically developed to match the format of the Ultimaker 2+ Extended 3D printer (door size different from the pack for Ultimaker 2+) in order to overcome the problems of warping and interlayer bonding that can occur with certain types of filament.

We recommend using this pack. The use of a cover and door will limit temperature variations and even increase them. Operating in a closed enclosure is beneficial and even essential when using ABS or PC for example.

The addition of an internal filtration system further enhances safety. In addition to physical protection, the cover and door pack for Ultimaker 2+Extended provides effective filtration of fine toxic particles, VOCs and odours.
