This PLA Ultra 1.75mm filament is perfect for any industrial or professional user wanting to obtain high technical performance. It combines all the advantages of standard PLA with the qualities and strength ofABS.

To obtain the full performance of this PLA Ultra filament, an annealing step is required. This step should be seen as a post-treatment of your part once it has been printed. We recommend annealing your part in PLA Ultra Black 1.75mm at 110°C for 20 to 60 minutes depending on the size, shells and filling of your part. Do not remove the 3D object from the oven immediately and allow it to cool slowly so as not to create tension in the material.

When this stage is complete and finished, you will immediately obtain an object with mechanical and thermal properties close toABS.

Printing tips for PLA Ultra Black 1.75mm

PLA Ultra 1.75mm Black Forshape is a filament compatible with all 3D printers equipped with a 1.75mm extrusion and compatible with the recommendations for use below.

This filament requires an extrusion temperature of between 220 and 245°C. A heating plate to ensure a constant plate temperature of between 50 and 60°C. Finally, we recommend a print speed of between 40 and 120 mm/s to optimise the quality of your prints.
