Our recommendations for use with PolyLite™ Color Change

Printing PolyLite PLA is very simple, here are the printing recommendations: extrusion temperature of 190 to 220°C and a speed between 30 and 70mm/s.

The recommended printing temperature is between 190 ˚C and 230 ˚C. It is advisable to maintain the platen temperature between 25 ˚C and 60 ˚C during printing.

The optimum printing speed, meanwhile, varies between 40 mm/s and 60 mm/s.

Be sure to turn on the fan during printing. For direct drive systems, a 1mm retraction at a speed of 20mm/s is recommended. For indirect feed systems, a shrinkage of 3 mm at a speed of 40 mm/s is preferable.

If the material has absorbed moisture, drying at 55 ˚C for 6 hours is recommended.
