Use of PolyLite ASA Teal
The Polylite ASA Teal 1.75mm filament is mainly used for applications intended to evolve in an external environment. The purpose ofASA is to resist weather phenomena such as UV, humidity and high temperatures.
Thanks to its high glass transition temperature and good chemical resistance,ASA is a filament that is widely used in the construction, industrial and automotive sectors.
This material is easier to print thanABS, particularly on large parts, and is used to produce functional prototypes and durable finished parts.

Our recommendations for use with PolyLite ASA Teal
Polylite ABS Teal can be printed with an extrusion temperature of between 240 and 260°C and a print speed of between 30mm/s and 50mm/s. A heating plate heated to between 75 and 95°C and the use of a Builtak and/or an adhesive glue are recommended.
Polylite ASA Teal is compatible with 3D printers extruding 1.75mm or 2.85mm filament and equipped with a heated platen.
Finally, the use of a material storage solution (Polybox) is also recommended to keep the material dry.
