PolyTerra PLA+ Orange
The PLA eco-responsible PolyTerra PLA+ Orange filament has been developed by Polymaker using a technique known as"Fully Bio Compound (FBC)", which is a blend of PLA (a biodegradable polymer made from corn, beet and wheat starch) and organic minerals. This PLA+ version optimises interlayer bonding with 27% more layer adhesion and 29% more strength than standard PolyTerra.
If you're looking for a cost-effective or eco-friendlyPLA filament, or both, PolyTerra™ PLA+ filament is definitely your first choice. Plus, if used as a backing material, PolyTerra™ ️PLA+ Orange can be easily removed.
PolyTerra PLA+ filament can be used in anything from simple prototyping to a finished decorative or accessory piece.
PolyTerra PLA+ Orange: key strengths

Resistance: the PolyTerra PLA+ Orange filament has greater mechanical resistance and a stronger interlayer bond than standard Polyterra.
Eco-responsibility: the manufacturer Polymaker has committed, via the association ONETREEPLANTED, to planting a tree for each spool of PolyTerra sold.
Recycled spool: both the spool and the packaging for the PolyTerra PLA+ Orange filament are entirely recycled to help protect the environment.

Our recommendations for use with PolyTerra
PolyTerra PLA+ Orange is compatible with all 3D or Orange machines on the market, whether in 1.75 or 1.75 mm 2.85mm.
We recommend that you set your printer to an extrusion temperature of between 190 and 220°C to print PolyTerra PLA+ Orange under optimum conditions. A print speed of between 30 and 70mm/s and the use of a heating plate between 25 and 60°C are also recommended.
If your printer is equipped with a direct drive extrusion system, the recommended shrink distance is 1mm at a speed of 30mm/s. If your printer uses Bowden extrusion, the recommended shrink distance is 3mm and a speed of 60mm/s.
